Minimize button for larger blocks so they can be rearranged

Hi,

Would it be possible to have a "minimize" button next to or near the edit button? Perhaps here?

so that when you press the button, the block only shows the ribbon with the option to expand it again?

When you have a lot of larger blocks on the screen, it's not very easy for an editor to re-arrange them by dragging and dropping (especially on a smaller screen like a laptop) and having the ability to shrink some or all of them down would really help.
