Descrição:
Ao instalar a biblioteca via pip, não esta sendo baixado as dependências do projeto.

Justificativa:
Assim dificulta a utilização da biblioteca, pois o usuário terá que sair executando e instalando todas as dependências que faltam, uma por uma.
