Resize to Pad (Adding of Black Bars around Videos) #40

In Imagemagick/Rmagick, images can be processed to resize_to_pad which creates black bars around the image to preserve a fixed aspect ratio.

Are we able to do it in carrierwave-video?

In ffmpeg, its possible to convert (http://superuser.com/questions/547296/resizing-videos-with-ffmpeg-avconv-to-fit-into-static-sized-player).
