Change Posts Page Title

With the custom pages, i can set whatever title i like but is there a way in the config or elsewhere to change the defaults Poststitle to something else for the posts page?

The Posts page name is based on the folder you placed your blog posts in. If you change your Posts folder, located in SiteName -> content -> posts to something else, say SiteName -> content -> blog this will reflect in the page title.
