i have a 'Service' like Satellite, but it is self contained and provides no pipelines etc. it uses wyoming as a local app service.

it can also do
synthesize-play

that brings up another question,

is there value in a Speak service?

no point in all of us implementing this over and over

anyhow i want Describe to articulate what is present or available
