First Time Install

I was trying to install the software for the first time (inside of a vagrant image for convenience reasons.)

During the install of pybombs -vvvv install gr-rftap I get the following message. Any thoughts on why? I'm assuming something is missing. The manual install seems to function.

Not sure if it's still of interest, but gr-rftap is in https://github.com/gnuradio/gr-etcetera so make sure you have that configured and up to date.
