Point system for Rezoleo members #199

We should port a similar point system to Re2o, maybe with different point values to each kind of actions :

Adding a user (5 pts)
Adding a machine (2 pts)
Renewing a subscription (1 pts)
Banning a user (10 pts)

And make a scoreboard out of it.
We should however not give any point for simply connecting to Lea5
