Add export filter to save only pinned keys

What happened?

I have a large bibliography from which I'd like to automatically export only a subset of items. I'd effectively like to "tag" entries as being worth exporting by pinning their citation key in the "extras" field. I imagine this could either be a checkbox in the "export" dialog, or an option in the settings.

This seems to me to be too niche a case to add UI for. I can add a marker to entries that their key is pinned which you could use in a postscript to filter out entries, but that's about the extent of what I can do here.
