Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Quite popular booru engine used by at least 4 large boorus is not supported.

Describe the solution you'd like
Would it be possible to add support for Philomena booru engine? It is used primarily by MLP-related boorus like:

  • derpibooru.org
  • ponerpics.org
  • ponybooru.org
  • twibooru.org

Found out after some research that some of the boorus are based on booru-on-rails, and by the looks of it philomena is based on that

The only difference when it comes to API is the version
