I've been noticing some inconsistencies in my editor's notes being made visible when I ingest them in reports. Recently I've been spending time writing more detailed notes (especially reconstructing timelines of incidents). The notes seem to transfer from the original form to the review form (just prior to ingestion), but after publication, the notes are nowhere to be seen.

And that Submission is now lost forever...
