[SPIKE] need capability to access out chrome extension operations from the right click on the webpage.

like in the menu in the below screenshot which is popped up when we right click in the chrome browser on the current webpage

in the above screenshot you can see the adblock chrome extensions's menu item. just like that we need the ability to have one for this chrome extension.
