Segmentation images don't show default (random colors) when annotation context is missing #1782

Repro with api_demo:

python api_demo/main.py --demo segmentation

Expected behavior:

  • Segmentation image should show random colors for class-ids before annotation context is logged

Actual behavior:

  • No color is assigned:
