It is now possible to add item barcodes with minLength of 1, after the integration of #1479.

This was needed in version v.0.14.0 to allow to import the pilot libraries items.

A barcode of length 1 is not a valid barcode, after correcting the item barcodes of the pilot libraries either in the legacy system (Virtua) or in RERO ILS. We should put back the minLength of 4 (?) for item barcodes.
