Describe the bug
Logged as a system librarian, I switch library to place a request on an item for a patron, and I got the confirmation that the request has been recorded and I can see it in the requests management interface of my library. However, when I try to edit the queue, the queue is empty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log in as Astrid.
  2. Find an item that is not in Astrid default library. For me the title "La reine Blabla" has an item in the Bibliothèque communale et scolaire d'Avise. At this point, I don't have the possibility to place a request (see Impossible to request a document of another library #927).
  3. With the switch library button, select the Bibliothèque communale et scolaire d'Avise.
  4. On the document detailed view, use the basket icon button of the item to place a request for kad001 (Katie).
  5. See that the request is recorded.
  6. Find that request in the requests management interface.
  7. Try to edit the requests queue of this item, and see that the request you just created is not displayed.
  8. Log out and log in with another librarian (Elena for Avise) and verify you can see the created request.

Expected behavior
I should see the request created.

Context

  • server
    • ils.test.rero.ch, v0.11.0
    • ilsdev.test.rero.ch
      • rero-ils version ce71d4b
      • rero-ils-ui version 9135687f

Additional context
At least once, on ils.dev, after switching library, the switch library button disappeared. I don't know if it's related.
