How about using pairwise covariance to deal with missing values? #2

It is prone to have bad trials in EEG data, and it will be nice if the CorrCA could be possible in such circumstances. For now, I believe the straightest solution is calculate pairwise covariance. I am wondering if it is okay to do so? Is there any bias introduced by this method?
