Configuration to support the use of gifs

I know this is likely to be a suggestion that will be rejected, but if you don't ask, you don't know!

Within our team, we have a requirement that all Pull Requests should contain a GIF related to that pull request.

We'd love to have Renovate Bot behave as if he's engrained within our team and follows our same practices, thus, also posting a GIF too within the pull request description.

Would you be open to me contributing a pull request with introduces a new configuration option that, when set to true, and an API token is defined, fetches a gif from https://giphy.com/, and adds it to the pull request description.

I'm not interested in adding giphy code within Renovate, but there may be other options. Have you considered customizing the PRs using prBodyNotes?
