filenames changed in > 4.6 for the DOWNLOAD RHCOS task #1

They have added the word LIVE into the files for 4.6 and newer. need to add logic to add -live- for the following files:

https://mirror.openshift.com/pub/openshift-v4/dependencies/rhcos/latest/latest/rhcos-4.7.7-x86_64-live.x86_64.iso
