Describe the request

Ability to run tests in brower-based VS Code.

I found an existing ticket about this, which seems to be not-yet resolved

Usage

In https://opendatahub.io/, we are building Workbenches based on web-based VS Code (https://github.com/coder/code-server). We would like to use a library that implements VS Code UI elements for easier writing of tests.
