Allow passing through annotations to the Jenkins pod

We would like to be able to set annotations on the Jenkins cr and have them propagate through to the running Jenkins pods. This enables any annotation-based mutation strategy. A couple of examples would be custom controllers that configure complex ingress setup based on annotation values, or using the vault agent injector to create the needed secret files to drive the jenkins credential creation process.
