Using a configuration like this:
https://github.com/redhat-developer/jenkins-operator/blob/d9d1755f054e1787414d3d96e23fc7d8ddabce25/config/samples/simple_jenkins_v1alpha2_jenkins.yaml

but the plugins are not installed.

As per kubernetes/kubernetes#25766 I don't see any way to see the postStart logs, and manually running the script hangs after

Waiting 10s to have jenkins container filesystem ready
