We have a customer by the name of "Frosts PM" that are having some issues with their negotiators. In our integration with Reapit they have set up the negotiator with the ID MH to be the default negotiator to be used when creating workorders in Reapit. However, this throws the error "The resource referenced by the value provided could not be found".
I've checked the Negotiator endpoint of the API and I can't see this negotiator with that ID coming through in the response.
Is this negotiator potentially at a different office?
From what I've been told, they've just added the IDs of negotiators in our system to the agents rather than having the integration populate it using the Reapit API so there might be more agents that also are not found within their Reapit account (office), e.g. this one was another one not found in the response FMHU.
Let me know if there's any more information needed.
