Hi,

I've been looking through the API documentation to see if there's a flag to identify newly managed properties. Could you point me in the right direction, please?

Ideally we'd want to know if it's vacant or not also.

Kind regards,
Graeme.

Hi @GraemeHTM
THe startDate against tenancy records can be used for newly managed properties where the property has the agentRole of 'Managed'

Thank you for your reply @AshDeeming. The start date is already programmed into our reapit. It doesn't indicate if it was newly managed though, it is just the date the tenant moves in. We need to figure out if anyone moved out before that to determine if its newly managed, is there a way to see that information on the move-in sheet?
Also as above it would be great if we could also see if the property is currently vacant or if it is occupied by the landlord until the tenant moves in.

Correction to GabrielleHTM : "We need to figure out if anyone moved out before the startDate to determine if it's newly managed, is there a way to see that in the API?"
