But why develop in private? Why not public code with Issues and PRs disabled until you feel ready for contributions? |

Hey! is there an advantage to it being in Rust over Go? |

You might have noticed a decrease in the amount of work done in the past few weeks. The reason is that I am rewriting Recipya in Rust 🦀 The Go project is not dead and will not be in the foreseeable future. The Rust project will one day become the de facto Recipya.
Why? I've been wanting to learn Rust since at least a year to tinker with electronics without touching C++, but I never had time nor motivation to do so because the language seemed too hard. After having pushed myself to read and finish The Book back-to-back, I decided to stop procrastinating and enjoy the language now. Rust has been a blast so far!
The work is currently done in a private GitHub repository, which I will make public once I feel the time is right.
Edit: Everything's set up and ready to go: https://github.com/reaper47/recipya-rs
