Realm.Sync.setSyncLogger not available in RN

Currently setSyncLogger is available only in node. This should be available on RN as well

After a first review we fix some issues with the naming and refactor the classes to make them static. 

Now we are working to solve a possible memory leak in the factory function, which require understanding of the object store API.
