I'm trying to upgrade to Core 13.5.0 and am hitting a regression where opening a database with a path like C:\data\søren.realm fails with CreateFile() failed: The system cannot find the path specified. \u0000.... It looks like this fails for any non-ascii string - I've tried Cyrillic, Hebrew, Greek, and Danish. This worked with Core 13.4.0.

Maybe we can add a test in core for the next time :-)
