Currently we don't really allow editable subgraphs in LDPC.
This is quite a tricky requirement, as it makes PUT and PATCH quite complicated: how does one
distinguish those things that are changed from those that have a lot of side effects. Eg: if one removes
the ldp:contains should that remove the contained LDPR too? The spec says some things about this, but
its quite complicated.
