Show reaction version in the UI

We should add the version number of the admin app in the UI to make this question much easier to answer.

this can be accomplished with the system-info plugin introduced.

It was decided that this information needs to be protected by admin user permissions(not public), so depending how the ACL of the admin works out, could this potentially be hidden/shown depending on the role signed into the operator? Perhaps this is a "universal" admin privilege that should be set at a base level admin access to maintain operator design...
