v5 Major refactor + automatic releases workflow

* The Lua filter was refactored to be separated into
  different modules. This allows easier addition of
  features for the next version.
* Also, the Lua filter now uses some classes, instead
  of pure tables (such as the Acronyms database).
* Added a workflow to automatically create releases.
