[Color Picker] Show current color value preview when picking a color

Description

Would be great to have the value of the currently hovered color shown below the color picker. This makes it easier to make sure you are in a region where the color is consistent. For example around borders there might be slight color differences because of shadows which you can't tell by simply looking at it, but you will clearly see the value change.
