vc_dispmanx_resource_write_data_handle missing from library #73

Linking a program which uses this function fails with: undefined reference to `vc_dispmanx_resource_write_data_handle'

Using grep and strings on the supplied libs suggests that this api call is not in any of the supplied firmware libs.

The function is only used for "self hosted" testing. i.e. running code on GPU without the ARM.
