writen package names and software names in single quotes (e.g. 'JSON')
elaborated the description and updated title
added a small executable example in the Rd-files for run_pipeline
added examples for run_pipeline_dbi and run_pipeline_gbq
- run_pipeline_gbq example requires user authentication to 'BigQuery'
