Improve documentation for benchmark_config.yaml

Some configuration parameters in benchmark_config.yaml are not fully self-explanatory. One example is scheduler_file_path, which does not explain where the scheduler file path is stored by default when the cluster is brought up. We should review these from the point of view of a user who is less familiar with Dask experience.
