Add an example notebook demonstrating a Morpheus workflow.

Outline:

Data source
Building a morpheus application
Morpheus containers
Deploying the workflow

Questions to answer before building the workflow:

What are common data sources? Kafka streams?
What is a good Morpheus use case to demonstrate?
What platforms are Morpheus users commonly deploying on? Kubernetes on Cloud? Something else?
