Feature Request: Show changes to nodes/points

The panel currently only shows changes to ways via its node IDs and tagging. We also want to show individual changes to nodes, so that we can see if a node has changed location.

Example 1:
7) Moved a node in a way. Change Type: geometry

Right now, if the change type is "geometry", we don't currently provide any additional information. This is because the same nodes still exist in the way (so no change to IDs of the nodes in the way). It would be nice to know if a node has moved.

Example 2:
8) Added a point. Change Type: addition

If we add a point (not related to a way), we don't currently show the ID of the new node.
