Using Radian with R-IDE/Sublime in Windows11

Please, may you add at some place a complete configuration set-up (settings, key bindings...) for Sublime, R-IDE, terminus, SendCode, radian and whatever be needed, and instructions for use Sublime as an R-IDE with Radian on Windows?

I don't get it working in any way. I can open Terminus, but it opens cmd.exe and to open radian I have to navigate to the path where it is installed. There are multiple configuration settings by many people on the blog, but nothing consistent and no instructions to use them.
