Description

OCI feature will be released in Rancher 2.9.0 as experimental feature with a experimental flag on it. If there are no issues found, we need to remove that flag in the coming 2.11.0 release after consulting with Mapps and UI team.

Acceptance criteria

Remove experimental flag on OCI feature on Rancher UI if no major concerns are raised by customers.
