Web access and GPT-4

I also want to know about GPT-4 which is under maintenance.

Regarding the web access, it is a simple API that performs a quick internet search using the prompt sent by the user and adds the search results to the GPT API request. It understands that this is a query and uses it to provide a response, incorporating some more up-to-date information, especially when asked about something after 2021, which is the extent of its training.

As for GPT-4, the API provider that returned responses from GPT-4 is currently offline. There will likely be a fix soon or even a different provider. Since I am not the one managing the API providers, I cannot say how long it may take, but I believe it won't be too long.

Can you please explain how to access the internet with ChatGPT, as I wasn't able to.

Feature request:

• It would be better if you can integrate gpt-engineer to this program. It would be very useful as, actual gpt-engineer requires GPT-4 API.
