Awaiting upstream fix which allows us to configure category index linking. Important to prevent e.g.

api/trust/Trust.md
api/trust/TrustFactory.md

from becoming

api/trust/index.html
api/trust/TrustFactory.html

where the trust category in the sidebar becomes a category link containing the documentation for the Trust contract. Instead, we want Trust to exist as its own page, with no category index page.

I believe this is resolved in docusaurus version 2.0.0-beta.15
