Here's roughly what we want to accomplish
- Volunteers can create an account and state their preferences for how they volunteer
- Volunteers can set email notification preferences for workshop announcements
- Volunteers can bring Meetup.com attendance history over
- Organizers can create events
- Who is organizing the workshop & how to contact them is explicit (if not mediated by the program)
- Volunteers can RSVP to events
- If organizers have specific questions, they can prompt the volunteer to complete them?
- Volunteers can receive update / reminder emails from the organizers
- The application will send RSVP confirmation emails and automatic reminder emails
- Students can create an account
- Students can bring Meetup.com attendance history over
- Students can RSVP to workshops
- Every event has "RSVP as a volunteer" and "RSVP as a student" with coordinating details
- Students can join waitlist if necessary
- RSVP includes prompt for student who identify as male to list their lady buddy
- Students can receive update / reminder emails from the organizers
- The application will send RSVP confirmation emails and automatic reminder emails
- Students are prompted to take 10 question survey to determine class placement
- Every curriculum has 10 questions that have logic attached to them for sorting
- Organizers choose which curricula will be available
- If more than one curricula is available for a single workshop, student RSVP will include preference
