support.rackspace.com/how-to on the legacy site uses an accordion style menu that I believe is easier to navigate than the chosen mobile layout on the netlify site.

I recommend using the accordion style menu.

I used the Bootstrap tab menu since implementing the existing one will take a while.

Do this as part of redesign effort. Add to platform roadmap.
