gaps between grid cells

Thanks for this great package. I'm having issues with incomplete coverage of global grids generated with dgearthgrid.

For example, plot(dgearthgrid(dgconstruct(res = 4)), axes = T) gives the following, with strips of missing cells through the center of the image (the white areas, not the orange ones that are simply polygons spanning -180 deg):

At other resolutions, entire swaths of the globe are missing, such as plot(dgearthgrid(dgconstruct(res = 5)), axes = T):

Unsure whether this is a bug or user error!
