Add an option to filter shows by watched on the nomination voting site

Character categories received the most votes during the final voting phase, however they received the least during nomination voting, alongside production categories. I suspect this might be because finding things you want nominated is a lot to ask when you can't just look through a list but have to basically remember them. I think allowing users to punch in their MAL/Anilist name (like on AMQ) and have the site display entries from every eligible show they watched, or maybe even show the entries and then allow them to click on them and display characters from that show. Would also make selecting nominees in other categories more convenient.
