quran.com is not currently available for Uzbekistan users because of Cloudflare HTTP/3 (with QUIC) setting is enabled.
I do not know the root cause why it exactly happens in Uzbekistan. Probably it is because of our ISP does not support HTTP 3 very well yet.
If you change this option from Cloudflare settings. It will be available again for Uzbekistan users. Not many understand the issue and why is this happening.
as someone who understands this it was my responsibility to inform you brothers. I hope it will be fixed soon.
To fix the issue go to dash.cloudflare.com -> choose quran.com domain -> go to "speed" tab -> then "optimization -> then "protocol optimization" -> then disable "HTTP/3 (with QUIC)"
it should be working again. I can check if works
