[Feature Request]: Full screen should be saved in the save file

If I always run GDTuber full screen, I shouldn't have to toggle it to full screen every time I run it.

The full screen toggle should be saved in the save file so that GDTuber opens full screen whenever it is loaded.

I'm not sure if this is really a good idea. We already know that opening GDTuber full screen can be a little confusing, but I wanted to make this issue anyway to open up conversation about whether or not we should.
