I have realized that it's a little silly to maintain this conversation just to describe the releases, because you can easily see the same listing by clicking on the "Releases" tab on the GitHub homepage.

HEADS UP on some important changes coming in January, 2023
In the January Release, there will be two significant changes that will likely require you to change some configurations in your use of QUDT. We are announcing it here so that you have time to decide how to adjust.
Meanwhile, Release 2.1.23 includes:
Thank you as always for providing submissions to extend the size and capabilities of QUDT!
November 28, 2022
Release 2.1.22 includes:
A big thank-you to all of you for bringing many of these issues to our attention, and even better, for providing submissions to extend the size and capabilities of QUDT!
October 25, 2022
Release 2.1.21 includes:
While not part of the Release mechanism, we have also clarified our use of language tags for rdfs:label and skos:altLabel in our wiki here
September 23, 2022
Thanks to all the contributors for keeping QUDT fresh and evolving!
Release 2.1.20 includes:
August 2, 2022
Release 2.1.19 includes:
June 14, 2022
Release 2.1.18 includes some structural changes:
Refactoring of the imports closure graph that simplifies needed changes if you want to shift between the OWL schema and the SHACL schema. The new file SCHEMA-FACADE_QUDT-v2.1.18.ttl (URI is http://qudt.org/2.1/schema/facade/qudt) is the only place needed to point to either the OWL or SHACL schema. The default is http://qudt.org/2.1/schema/qudt (OWL schema), which can be changed to http://qudt.org/2.1/schema/shacl/qudt for the SHACL schema.

The Mathematics schema has been migrated into the main QUDT schema, so it is no longer needed as a separate graph.
Cross-reference to the UDUNITS codes has been added.
Various new units are included, such as FT-PER-DAY and MESH (thanks @kinghuang).
More Latex errors have been corrected.
Some chemical quantity kinds have been added.
After some discussion, unit:MESH
Finally, HTTPS!!!
Work has also been happening behind the scenes for generating our web pages at https://qudt.org. (Note the https!!!) Still some kinks to iron out such as rendering the Latex, but we're getting there. But you can still resolve the URIs on the web, and download the ttl files right here on GitHub, either via the Release mechanism that you are reading right now, or by cloning or forking the repo.

September 18, 2021 - SPARQL Endpoint Capability!
We now offer a read-only SPARQL endpoint at https://qudt.org/fuseki, with both a web-based user interface and a RESTful interface. Documentation will be coming. To get started, here's a sample RESTful call using curl:
or here's a string you can just paste into your browser:

Release 2.1.13 includes:
July 20, 2021
Release 2.1.12 includes:

Release 2.1.11 includes:
April 7, 2021
Various metadata string fields now include the minor release number (such as 2.1.10 in this case)
A few fixes and new units:
February 14, 2021
Valentine's Day! Release 2.1.9 includes:
January 27, 2021
Release 2.1.8 includes the following changes:
January 10, 2021
Updates in Release 2.1.7:
Regenerated the SHACL Schema generated from the OWL Schema. In addition to the autogenerated SHACL schema are two files:
Converted symbols to Unicode
Deprecated the qudt:applicableUnit explicit property in favor of the qudt:appropriateUnit inferred property. See wiki for details.
Converted all conversionMultipliers to xsd:decimal.
Removed the conversionOffset property for units where the value is zero (basically all units except DEG_C and DEG_F). Note that if you depend on this property in your queries, you might get unexpected results.
Other typos and minor housecleaning
December 3, 2020
Beginning with this Release 2.1.6, the contents are filtered to only contain what is needed for our currently supported content, and excludes the other "in progress" graphs that still contain errors and omissions.
(Minor note: a typo allowed SCHEMA_QUDT-MATHEMATICS-v2.0.ttl to slip in. This has been fixed for the next Release, but in the meantime, please just delete this file/graph if it causes any problems).
Community members who are working with us on ongoing development should continue forking and synchronizing with the full repository.
November 14, 2020
There are several notable improvements with this release (v2.1.5).
Cross-references to 1,334 UCUM codes in our Units vocabulary
A powerful new dynamically-populated property, qudt:appropriateUnit. This property executes an algorithm (implemented in both OWL and SHACL) that calculates the appropriate units for any quantity kind. It derives these units from either the qudt:hasQuantityKind property associated with Unit instances, or by recursively following the skos:broader relation of the subject QuantityKind. In OWL, this is implemented as a "magic property". In SHACL, it is a property shape. More information is available here.

We are excited to announce a powerful new way to browse, explore and SPARQL-query the QUDT ontology and vocabularies, using the state-of-the-art EDG environment from TopQuadrant. Please click here to check it out! There is also an introductory video to help you get started.

Release 2.1 of QUDT is now officially an open-source model and vocabulary set, hosted on this Github repository. It has ontologies for Units of Measure, Quantity Kinds, Dimensions and Types, available under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Attribution should be made to QUDT.org. Our catalog can also be found at QUDT Catalog Release 2.1. With this release, we have consolidated the unit and quantity kind vocabularies so that specific instances are easier to find, but there is still much more to do. The QUDT units vocabulary is being enhanced with the IEC 61360, UN/ECE, and UCUM unit codes for cross compatibility. Please consider joining our activity, or contributing some financial support via the "Sponsor" button on the repository homepage. Note that QUDT Catalog Release 2.0 is still available for reference.
Version 1.1 of the QUDT ontologies may be downloaded from the QUDT Catalog Release 1.1, which can also be accessed from LinkedModel.org. The catalog covers many domains of units and quantities and is being published incrementally.
