Testing App Extensions "AVA" and "WebDriver.io" have been deprecated

Hi everyone,
due to lack of bandwidth from the team, lack of usage in general and no one from the community stepping up to champion them, ava and webdriver App Extensions are now deprecated

Those AEs never exited beta phase and unsafe to use due to out of date dependencies
They won't be completed and won't be migrated to support Qv2
They've been marked as deprecated into the docs and removed from next branch of the monorepo

Should someone be interested in helping, we're willing to support community work to migrate/recreate them in the future
