Allow using reactive extension names for 3.9 and above for compatibility #1364

According to a talk @geoand gave yesterday in 3.9 it's still possible to use the old artifact ids for the reactive extension (e.g. io.quarkus:quarkus-resteasy-reactive, quarkus-resteary-reactive-jackson etc).

However, I don't see that reflected in the code.quarkus.io, where I think passing the old coords to the api causes issues.

It would be nice if this compat feature was available to code.quarkus.io.
