If we have a ca-issuer that uses a self-signed certificate there is no way to trust that cert. This setup is not uncommon in testing clusters that do not have public internet access.
Would be nice to generate kubernetes resources so the deployment trusts the ca issuer. (Maybe even without needing a custom certificate itself)
