Revert to previous snapshot

Low priority, don't implement now yet

* There is a button on the frontend called “Use this snapshot”
* This will call a function on the backend with the relevant snapshot ID
* The backend will overwrite specific files on the local hard drive such that they now use the correct snapshot
* This function can be user-provided (it should be a config entry)
