We are still building and uploading:

LEGACY_DOCKER_IMAGE=${DOCKER_REGISTRY}/pytorch/manylinux-cuda${GPU_ARCH_VERSION//./}

This is the same image as :
docker.io/pytorch/manylinux-builder:cuda11.8-main

We would like to stop this and fix all the associated code to point to our regular images:

Start eliminating from pytorch/pytorch and pytorch/builder repos.
